Can I get a refund if my item doesn’t fit?
There are NO REFUNDS, only exchanges. If the item doesn’t fit you can exchange it for a different size or an item of equal value. However, for pre-ordered items and/or made to order items you may not be able to exchange for a different size because it is based on demand, only an item of equal value or store credit. We only accept unwashed and unworn merchandise for exchanges within 15 days of purchase ( 30 days for shipments outside of the United States). We cannot except exchanges on the following items:
• Any apparel item that has any obvious signs of use, such as damage when opening the packaging, or smelling like it has been washed or worn. 
• Items that are not in its original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

How do your clothes fit? 
All of our clothes run true to size. Unless stated otherwise in the description section of the desired product. 

When will my order be shipped?
Our products are made to order, please allow 1-3 business days for shipment and 1-3 weeks for pre-ordered/made to order items (weekends & holidays do not count as business days). Some items are sourced out of state, so shipping days may vary. Once your item is shipped we will email you your tracking information. Items are shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service). 

NOTE: Please expect short delays on all shipments due to the global impact of COVID-19 on our distribution process.

Can I change or cancel my order?
There is a small window of time for us to change or cancel your order before we ship it. We are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been shipped. Please contact us no later than 12 hours after purchase for a chance to change your order or cancel. 

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping cost are determined by the weight, shipping method, and delivery address of your order. Please note that addresses outside the United States may have additional handling fees applied to the order as well.
